Barbara Marshall

Barbara Marshall has served Northern California Arts, Inc. and the Sacramento Fine Arts Center in many capacities, including Hospitality and Facilities.  She has served NCA as the Artistic Journey Chair in 2019 & 2020, and currently serves NCA as the Secretary.
