Please join us Wednesday, September 9, 7-9 pm for the NCA General Meeting where Raina Montgomery will demonstrate glass fusion. Raina Montgomery holds a BA in Art Studio/Education from CSUS and has extensive experience teaching a wide range of disciplines, including drawing, painting, watercolor, glass fusion, ceramics, puppetry, woodworking, calligraphy, alcohol ink, resin art, jewelry making, and paper crafts.
Please bring in an appetizer and artwork for the “Artist of the Month” contest. The artworks will be voted on by the attendees and the winner will hang in the Sac Fine Arts center for one month. ALL WORK MUST BE READY TO HANG AND MUST HAVE INFO ATTACHED STATING ARTIST NAME, TITLE AND PRICE. Failure to provide this may result in your piece being disqualified.
Our Raffle Chair, Kathi Bristow, is collecting new or gently used art supplies for our monthly meeting raffle. Feel free to bring to the meeting or coordinate drop off.
