February 2019 General Meeting: Robert Regis Dvořák
The NCA February General Meeting will feature a presentation by Robert Regis Dvořák, titled “The Art of Selling Art.”

Robert Regis Dvořák taught architectural design, drawing and watercolor painting for seven years at the University of Oregon and two years at the University of California, Berkeley.
Mr. Dvořák has written and illustrated six books on drawing or watercolor painting including: The Pocket Drawing Book, Drawing Without Fear, The Magic of Drawing, Experiential Drawing, The Practice of Drawing as Meditation, and Travel Drawing and Painting. He and his work were featured in two articles published by American Artist Magazine, “Sketching While Traveling in Greece” and “Twenty Minutes to a Beautiful Figure” in Watercolor magazine.
Mr. Dvořák has taught drawing and watercolor workshops for most of the University of California Extensions, The University of Hawaii , The Honolulu Museum of Art, The Crocker Museum of Art, many community colleges, and art centers in California, Hawaii and New York for the past 35 years. He has conducted watercolor painting workshops in France, Holland, Italy, Greece (12), Bali, and New Zealand.
Robert Regis Dvořák is a brilliant painter who finds inspiration in nature—the human form and dramatic landscape. Mr. Dvorak is also a master woodcut printmaker.
