Please join us Wednesday, June 11, 7-9 pm for the June NCA General Meeting where Sarah Solis Mattson, the NCA Member Show Jurist, will discuss how she chose pieces and what she was looking for.
Sarah has been an artist and educator for over 20 years in the Sacramento Region. Her personal artwork focus is figurative in various media. Sarah teaches at American River College, concentrating on figure study, painting, color theory, and other design courses for the Art Department.
Please bring in an appetizer and artwork to share with the group.
This will be the last meeting until September, so the three artworks with the most votes will be the Featured Artist of the Month for the months of June, July, and August. Don’t miss your chance to have art displayed this summer!
Our Raffle Chair, Vanessa Bondon, is collecting new or gently used art supplies for our monthly meeting raffle. Feel free to bring to the meeting or coordinate drop off.
