Bold Expressions is the annual International Open Show for Northern California Arts, Inc. Often called "BoldX" for short, this show invites daring, high-impact pieces in a variety of media, from traditional to experimental. This is a highly competitive, juried show with a $1,000 Best of Show and other awards. For those working towards Artist Standing certification, Bold X qualifies.
