Summer Ventis will be demo-ing her technique called Trace Monotype. Trace Monotype is a technique that incorporates aspects of both printmaking and drawing. It can be used on its own, in conjunction with other printmaking techniques, or as an element in paintings or drawings. The demonstration will address traditional Trace Monotype using printmaking materials, as well as ways to use the principles of Trace Monotype with other media.
